【摘 要】 目的：探究核磁共振诊断膝关节半月板损伤的价值。方法：选取在我院就诊的膝关节半月板损伤患者62例进行研究，所有患者均进行关节镜检查诊断和核磁共振诊断，对比分析。结果：关节镜检查诊断和核磁共振诊断符合率达到100%。结论：核磁共振在诊断膝关节半月板损伤方面有很强的应用价值，值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】Objective： to explore the value of mri in diagnosing meniscus injury of the knee. Methods： a total of 62 cases of meniscus injury of the knee were selected for study in our hospital. All the patients were diagnosed by arthroscopy and mri. Results： the coincidence rate of arthroscopy and mri was 100%. Conclusion： mri is of great value in the diagnosis of meniscus injury of knee.
